Together with my good friends from Keller Creatives, I created this employer branding video for the Rosenalp 4*S Hotel in Oberstaufen.

This video shows the different jobs that are offered at Rosenalp Hotel Oberstaufen. To make the video more dynamic, we used FPV drones and creative transitions between the different departments.
We wanted this employer branding video to feel authentic. No fake smiles, no paid actors or models, and no scripted statements from employees. Just real employees and their stories.
